I’m a friendly, patient and encouraging drum teacher based in South West London, working with beginners and developing players of all ages — particularly teenagers who want to start playing drums in a relaxed, enjoyable and structured way.

My focus is on helping students build confidence, coordination, timing and musicality from the very beginning, while making lessons engaging and motivating. I believe students progress fastest when they’re enjoying themselves, feeling supported and playing music they genuinely connect with.

Lessons are tailored to each student’s age, experience and interests, whether that’s learning the fundamentals, playing along to favourite songs, developing technique, preparing for grades, or building confidence playing with others.

I have a calm, supportive teaching style and aim to create an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and gradually finding their own musical voice.

Alongside teaching, I’ve spent many years playing in bands and live music settings, which helps me bring a practical, real-world approach to lessons.

I’m a Rockschool Associate Tutor and currently expanding my teaching work across schools and community music settings in the Richmond, Kingston and South West London area.
